MOVE IN NATURE

This session is much more than a longer Park Move class. We will be in the park and the forest working with natural movement technique such as jumping, crawling, lifting and carrying.

We will also be running, rolling, climbing and lots more movement and fun !

Move in Nature is back...and this time you can bring your kids!
Bring your children along and discover who's best at crawling, climbing and exploring the woods. (Clue: Children move with less restriction than us).

RUNNING TECHNIQUE REFRESHER

This workshop is split into two parts: 'Pose Technique Refresher'  and an introduction to 'Trail Running'.

  • During the Refresher we'll do a quick review of the theory, followed by Running Drills and Corrective Exercises.
  • Trail Running: Equipment, Uphill - Downhill Running, Nutrition during training and races +/- 1 hour running.

Deze workshop is veel meer dan een langere 'Park Move'  trainingsessie. We gaan in park en bos aan de slag met Natural Movement (en MovNat) technieken zoals springen, kruipen, heffen en dragen.

Er word ook gelopen, over de grond gerold, geklommen en gewoon veel bewogen op een speelse manier

  • Verbeter je natuurlijk beweegpatroon
  • Beleef plezier aan bewegen buiten de grenzen van ‘sport’
  • En ontdek oneindig veel mogelijkheden

RUNNING TECHNIQUE REFRESHER
