Everything is different when you have a baby, not in the least your body. Buggy Bootcamp is an ideal way to combine getting fit with creating a bond with your new-born. This program helps you to reclaim your body, gain confidence and get back on track, without having to leave your new-born behind. No babysitter, crèche or excuses!
Buggy Bootcamp is a 6-week class that follows a tailor-made programme especially for mums in the post-partum period. Simply put, it’s great way to get fit together with your baby and buggy. This programme is designed to wake up your post-pregnancy (and probably sleep-deprived) body, focusing on strength, balance, posture, and coordination. There is also a strong focus on the safe repair of your core muscles that have undergone big changes during your pregnancy. The classes and fresh air will also increase your serotonin level, warding off the effects of post-natal anxiety.
In the advanced class, our unique blend of one-hour sessions combining cardio, strength, and resistance training will also tone muscle.
Who is it for?
Any new mum (or dad!), in any stage of the postpartum journey – no-one will ever leave the session feeling under-challenged or underwhelmed. If your aim is simply to get out of the house with your baby, we are waiting for you. If your objective is to run a marathon, then come join us – after all, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Time to get buggy fit!
Beginners – caters to all levels of fitness.
Advanced – caters to those who have completed the beginners class, or mums who maintained a good level of fitness during their pregnancy and seek a course that is more demanding.

Am I ready?
As part of the registration, you fill in a pre-training questionnaire which details all we need to know about your body at this time. Buggy Bootcamp is designed for all mums, regardless of their delivery (including C-sections) but if you are in doubt, speak to your post-partum caregivers who can advise you if you are ready to start the programme (or any other form of exercise).
What to bring?
Yourself, baby, buggy and a good dose of motivation. Any type of stroller will do; the terrain will mainly be paths. Also bring some water and keep the Belgian weather in mind (jacket, rain cover …) as we train in all weather conditions.
