What's it really like during our classes and training?

Just a quick update -- You helped my son, Matthew, about a year ago and he is running like a different person now! He ran the Brussels 5K in October and left me behind in the dust. Just wanted to give you that news and to say thanks again.

I've been training regularly with Ken for four years and plan to go on doing so as long as I can. He knows exactly how to keep the training interesting and fun while making sure my body gets a good workout. I know I couldn't do it on my own: Ken always manages to motivate and challenge me.

I can absolutely recommend him, whatever your age - and I'm at the upper end of the age range of his clients!

After the birth of two children very close together, I was guilty of neglecting my health and fitness. Ken’s personal training has provided the perfect return to fitness. He continues to push my boundaries, helping me regain strength, balance, posture and reclaim my body back.

I reached forty and for the first time in my life, I wanted to run. I completed Ken’s Learn to Run course because I had no idea how to start or how to progress without injury. I’ve now run two races and thank Ken for his education and support. My only regret? I wish I had learnt to run sooner!
