A few simple steps that don’t take extra time and will instantly make you feel better and more alive!
Start the day with a cold shower
Turning the tap to cold wakes you up faster than any shot of espresso. This improves your circulation and boosts noradrenaline, a chemical that could help mitigate depression, keeps skin and hair healthy and increases energy and well-being.
Sit, squat, bend, stand
Variation is key! Don't stay in the same position too long. Sitting too much will not kill you immediately, only a slow and painful death (just joking!). Change the way you work. Stand up, take a walk, do some squats. Anywhere, anytime.
Sharing is caring. Find someone to work together and motivate each other.
Find a colleague to take the stairs with. Take a walk during breaks. Drop your kids off by bike. Play games in the park with friends. Do some squats with your partner while watching the news.
Find a training buddy to share the sweat, pain and gain.
Tension/Traumatic Release Exercise TRE 23/3/2018
TRE is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE) is based on the fundamental idea, backed by research, that stress, tension and trauma is both psychological and physical. TREs reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE, many people report feelings of peace and well-being. TRE has helped many thousands of people globally.

September 2017 Movnat Elements workshop
During this full day workshop we explored the basics of our natural movement skills. From rolling to hanging, balancing to crawling and of course lifting and jumping.
