Our Booster Sessions are a series of one-day, high intensity work-outs. We dig deeper into one domain, getting to the core of the matter in a fun, relaxed environment.
First up is Boxing and Park Move.

These short-term sessions tackle a specific domain. During series from 4 to 12 weeks, you train, learn and enjoy new techniques of movement and sports. All planned series are listed in the calendar.

A few simple steps that don’t take extra time and will instantly make you feel better and more alive!

Start the day with a cold shower

Turning the tap to cold wakes you up faster than any shot of espresso. This improves your circulation and boosts noradrenaline, a chemical that could help mitigate depression, keeps skin and hair healthy and increases energy and well-being.

Sit, squat, bend, stand

Variation is key! Don't stay in the same position too long. Sitting too much will not kill you immediately, only a slow and painful death (just joking!). Change the way you work. Stand up, take a walk, do some squats. Anywhere, anytime. 

Move!

Sharing is caring. Find someone to work together and motivate each other.
Find a colleague to take the stairs with. Take a walk during breaks. Drop your kids off by bike. Play games in the park with friends. Do some squats with your partner while watching the news.
Find a training buddy to share the sweat, pain and gain.

BOOSTER SESSIONS

One-off, high intensity work-out sessions

The next Booster Session is all about Park Move. You work out in the park and in the forest, working with natural movement techniques such as jumping, crawling, lifting and carrying. There will also be some running, a bit of rolling on the ground, climbing and many more fun moves!

Running in the Faroe Islands
My brother and I took a trip to these impressive, remote islands in the middle of the ocean. We saw lots of sheep, climbed a few cliffs and did a lot of trail running.
